Technical Presales Manager

Position - Digital Presales Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Presales Manager with strong experience in Software Engineering Presales to support digital transformation, AI-led solutions, and enterprise application development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead presales engagements for Software Engineering, Digital Transformation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and BPM solutions

✅ Manage RFPs, bid responses, proposal development, effort estimations, and solution presentations

✅ Conduct client workshops, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, and Engineering teams to create winning solutions

✅ Develop compelling proposals, capability decks, case studies, and reusable presales assets

✅ Support solution design, technology selection, delivery planning, and competitive positioning

Required Experience:

✔ 8–12 years in IT Services with mandatory Software Engineering Presales experience

✔ Strong expertise in proposal writing, bid management, RFP responses, and client presentations

✔ Understanding of software engineering delivery models, application development lifecycle, estimation, and architecture

✔ Experience with React JS, React Native, Flutter, .NET, Azure, and modern digital application platforms

✔ Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, AI-driven automation, and BPM/workflow solutions

✔ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred:

✔ Experience in Digital Transformation consulting

✔ Knowledge of Cloud-Native Architecture and Azure Services

✔ Exposure to BPM, Low-Code/No-Code Platforms, and AI Agents
