Summary
Techno-functional pre-sales leader responsible for supporting Account Managers in opportunity identification, solution strategy, and deal closure. The role bridges business needs and agentic automation solutions, working closely with Solution Architects and OEM partners (Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to shape account strategy, pipeline, and qualified opportunities
- Lead client discovery, solutioning, demos, PoCs, and value articulation
- Design Agentic Process Automation solutions in coordination with Solution Architects
- Design automation roadmaps
- Support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimates, pricing, and ROI models
- Drive opportunities toward closure through strong client and OEM collaboration
- Coordinate with Solution Architects, delivery teams, and OEMs for joint solutioning
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years IT experience with strong background in automation / intelligent automation
- Strong exposure to Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath product offerings
- Proven pre-sales, client pitching, and solutioning experience
- Strong understanding of business processes, automation feasibility, and value realization
- Good Understanding of orchestration, integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial acumen
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Agentic Automation concepts and AI-led workflows
- Good understanding of open-source automation frameworks (Python preferred)
- Exposure to Document Understanding, OCR, AI/ML, LLM-based automation
- Relevant automation certifications
