Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Presales & Solutioning Leader to drive end-to-end solutioning for client engagements and lead a high-performing presales function. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership capability to design scalable, competitive solutions that align with client needs and organizational strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical presales and solutioning team in developing and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate technical solutions and benefits.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12–18 years of experience in technical presales, solutioning, or architecture roles.
  • Proven track record of leading presales teams and winning complex deals.
  • Strong technical background across enterprise architectures, cloud platforms, and modern technologies.
  • Experience in creating proposals, RFP/RFI responses, estimations, and solution documents.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Nice to have:

  • Experience across multiple domains (enterprise applications, data, cloud, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Exposure to global client engagements and distributed teams.
  • Experience with pricing strategies and commercial constructs.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience in presales teams and complex deal execution.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and solution design.
  • Experience in RFPs, proposals, estimations, and client-facing presentations.
