Business Analyst / SME InteleLinx Presales

Job Summary

We are looking for a client-facing InteleLinx Presales professional to support sales engagements for InteleLinx, a CDR/IPDR analytics and investigative intelligence platform. The role includes solution positioning, product demos, PoCs, and proposal support, translating telecom and investigative data into actionable insights for enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams in positioning InteleLinx CDR/IPDR analytics solutions.
  • Deliver product demos, solution walkthroughs, and presentations.
  • Conduct requirement and discovery sessions with customers.
  • Design and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Assist in RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
  • Create presales collateral such as solution decks and use cases.
  • Act as a technical/functional advisor during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Presales, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Solution Consulting.
  • Understanding of CDR/IPDR, telecom data, or investigative analytics.
  • Experience in client-facing demos and presentations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Government, or BFSI domains.
  • Knowledge of link analysis, geospatial analytics, or investigative tools.
  • Background in data analytics or cybersecurity is a plus.
