Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Presales Engineer based in Pune, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Technical Presales Engineer will play a critical role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, and demonstrating how Syncious solutions meet their needs. Responsibilities include creating tailored technical presentations, leading proof-of-concept sessions, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to evaluate and resolve customer queries. Additionally, the role involves building strong client relationships, providing insights for product improvement, and supporting post-sales technical efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI, Cloud Computing, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and related systems.
• Experience with specific CAE applications used in industry is added advantage.
• Proficiency in creating technical SoW, presentations, giving technical demos, and responding to RFPs professionally.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in troubleshooting, system modeling, and collaborating across engineering and sales teams to achieve goals.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; relevant equivalent experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with enterprise-class security standards and hybrid cloud environments is an advantage.
