Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Presales Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology consulting and a drive to achieve excellence in IT services. This role involves leading pre-sales efforts, developing innovative solutions, preparing detailed proposals, and engaging clients to manage the opportunity lifecycle effectively. The candidate will act as a solution specialist, supporting key technology consulting services across Digital Transformation initiatives, including Cloud, AI, BI, Data Science, and Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end pre-sales activities, including war-room collaborations, technical solutioning, estimations, and responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ opportunities.
  • Collaborate with competency stakeholders to define Proof of Concepts (POCs) aligned with client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) covering both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Engage with ESRs, ISRs, and BDMs to provide domain-specific elevator pitches during the sales cycle.
  • Partner with solution architects and SMEs to develop technical solutions tailored to clients short- and long-term needs.
  • Conduct research to identify optimal solutions and innovative approaches to meet customer needs.
  • Lead client presentations with creative proposals and compelling value propositions.
  • Participate in assessment and discovery sessions to analyze clients business models and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of pre-sales experience, working with large clients and handling high-value projects.
  • Cloud certifications (at least one from AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven ability to prepare engaging presentations and write detailed, high-quality proposals.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with a proactive, independent work style.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and synthesize data from various sources.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multi-stakeholder conversations effectively.

  • Go-getter attitude with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Expertise in Powerful Presentation and Storytelling techniques.
  • Fluency in pitching, narration, and delivering concise elevator conversations.
  • Champion-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Have Skills

  • ITIL and TOGAF Certifications
  • Experience in Cloud Native Development and Solution Architecture
