Core Appeal:
We're hiring a Technical Pre-sales Consultant, to support technical pre-sales execution across demos, POCs, and product tuning. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with web applications at the DOM/UI level, enjoys building hands-on demo and proof-of-concept experiences, and can collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve how Apty performs in real environments.
You will help improve Apty's element identification accuracy, build and maintain demo content, support customer POC deployments, and participate in tailored demo execution when needed. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer-facing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Product Work:
- Work directly with web application DOM structures, UI elements, and selectors across customer and demo environments
- Support tuning, testing, and refinement of Apty's element selection and detection logic
- Help improve the accuracy and reliability of how Apty identifies UI elements across different applications and environments
- Identify edge cases and partner closely with Product and Engineering to improve product behavior based on real-world usage
- Validate how Apty performs across various enterprise applications and workflows
Demo Content Creation:
- Build and maintain demo environments and guided experiences in Apty
- Create reusable standard demo content for core use cases and supported applications
- Create custom prospect-specific demo scenarios aligned to customer workflows and priorities
- Support ongoing updates, QA, and maintenance of demo assets as the product evolves
POC / Evaluation Support:
- Support deployment of Apty in prospect and customer POC environments
- Help configure initial setup, environment readiness, and technical validation
- Build workflows, guidance, validations, and related content aligned to customer use cases
- Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders during evaluations
- Help troubleshoot issues and adapt configurations during live evaluations
Demo Execution:
- Participate in live demos as a technical resource when needed
- Support scenario-based demonstrations tied to real customer workflows
- Help tailor demo flows to reflect customer applications, processes, and success criteria
Requirements- 2-6 years in solutions engineering, pre-sales engineering, implementation consulting, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong comfort working with web applications, DOM structures, UI elements, selectors, browser behavior, and front-end application patterns
- Experience troubleshooting or configuring SaaS products in customer-facing environments
- Ability to build hands-on product experiences rather than operating only at a consultative or presentation level
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing presence
- High ownership, reliability, and execution focus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft environments
