About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10–15 Years of expertise who will lead large-scale
MDM, ETL, and Data Quality programs, ensuring successful delivery of Active OS–based Customer 360 solutions with real-time integrations and governance workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in enterprise data management programs.
- Strong understanding of Informatica MDM, Active OS, ETL, IDQ, and real-time integrations.
- Experience delivering Customer 360 and governance-driven MDM programs.
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-system data initiatives.
- Strong Delivery related experience.
Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management:
- Expertise in Scrum Master.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Informatica MDM, Active OS, ETL, and IDQ programs.
- Plan and track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Ensure delivery alignment with Agile / Hybrid SDLC models.
Technical Oversight
- Provide technical oversight for:
- ETL framework
- IDQ framework
- Active OS implementations
- Customer 360 UI creation
- Workflow approval frameworks
- Real-time MDM integrations (SIF, JMS, middleware)
- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
Stakeholder, Governance & Risk Management
- Act as primary interface with business, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Drive alignment with data governance, security, and compliance policies.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage cross-functional teams including MDM, ETL, IDQ, QA, UI, and integration teams.
- Coordinate offshore/onshore teams and third-party vendors.
