Our Client is seeking an EA Technical Platform Owner to play a strategic role at the intersection of platform management, product execution, and enterprise architecture. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to help shape an organization's journey toward becoming a digitally intelligent, insightsdriven enterprise.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of Enterprise Architecture productsprimarily built on platforms like LeanIX and Snowflakeand act as the goto expert for improving data quality, system scalability, and enduser experience. You will partner closely with a Senior Product Manager to influence product strategy, drive agile execution, and enable strong stakeholder adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Leadership
- Own and manage EA platforms endtoend, ensuring performance, reliability, and high-quality data.
- Maintain taxonomy standards, lifecycle accuracy, and metadata coherence across all EA components.
- Build and refine dashboards, reports, and architectural models that support enterprise decision-making.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to evolve platform capabilities.
Product & Agile Delivery
- Partner with product leadership to define vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and feature requirements.
- Create wireframes, process diagrams, and design mockups to support development.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Manage Jira boards with strong prioritization and backlog clarity.
- Support release documentation, stakeholder communication, and feedback loops.
Adoption & Enablement
- Drive user adoption through demos, training, and proactive engagement.
- Facilitate conversations around modernization, emerging technologies, and capability uplift.
- Continuously enhance user experience and support improvement of satisfaction metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or related fields.
- 45 years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or business analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts and platforms such as LeanIX or ServiceNow.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira for managing roadmaps, epics, and sprints.
- Experience creating workflows, wires, user journeys, and process diagrams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to operate independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven skill in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CSDM, EA modules (APM, TRM, CMDB), or related frameworks.
- Technical exposure to platforms like Snowflake, Airflow, DBT, PowerBI, or automation/AI tools.
- Experience with advanced LeanIX modules (e.g., SaaS Discovery, Application Portfolio Intelligence).
- Certifications in C(Scrum Master, Product Owner) or EA frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate).
- Background in change management or stakeholder enablement.
- Experience working on largescale enterprise programs or transformation initiatives.
