JD for Platform Administrator (ANZ)

Job location - Remote, initially you will report to team in both India and UK in their time zone

Years of exp - 3 to 6 years

Should be ready to work in Australia time zone on completion of initial training

What you'll be doing

  1. ·        Administering and maintaining our Salesforce org on a day-to-day basis, including user management, configuration changes, flow maintenance, data quality and release management.
  2. ·        Supporting and maintaining integrations across the ANZ technology stack, including Aircall, Jitterbit, Zapier, FormAssembly and Salesforce Digital Engagement (WhatsApp, email, chat).
  3. ·Identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities across the platform — including automation, reporting and process optimisation — to increase operational efficiency for ANZ teams
  4.  Maintaining platform documentation, supporting internal testing and change management processes, and ensuring configuration changes are consistent with data governance and privacy obligations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

·       Platform administration and operational support skills

·        Collaborative, supportive and responsive

·        Adept at managing technical and detail-oriented tasks

        Experience managing a BAU technical workload with competing priorities

·       Proven experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes using declarative tools including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Flows, Validation Rules, Approvals, Fields, Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, Reports and Dashboards.
