• Incident & Problem Management
• SLA management & RCA
• Production/Application Support
• Monitoring & Ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)
• SOP creation and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

• Exposure to IVR workflows
• SQL, Python, Linux, REST APIs
