This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Operations Manager located in Coimbatore. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing technical support tasks, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with teams to ensure efficiency, and maintaining quality control standards. The candidate will also be responsible for improving operational processes and ensuring seamless experiences for clients.

• Strong expertise in Operations Management to oversee and optimize procedures and processes
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational performance
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address technical challenges
• Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
