Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in IT/Technical Operations.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and technical support.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, etc.
- Expertise in escalation and incident management.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity and information security.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
