We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Operations Lead to lead end-to-end technical and operational functions, ensure compliance with safety and client standards, and drive operational excellence across sites. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, people management skills, and client-facing capabilities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Site and Global HSE teams to ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Oversee all administrative matters on-site, scrutinize the performance of functional teams, and provide strategic guidance to improve efficiency and processes.
- Lead and support site teams on complex technical operations to achieve MTTF & MTBF objectives, covering:
- HT & LT Power Distribution Systems
- UPS Systems
- IBR Boilers
- Air Compressors
- HVAC Systems
- SCADA / BMS
- Fire Protection Systems
- Manage manpower, machinery, and materials required for operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet business and contractual targets.
- Proactively develop, manage, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring delivery of expected service levels.
- Ensure full compliance with client contracts and consistently meet or exceed defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead vendor management activities including contract development, service delivery oversight, and performance evaluation.
- Work closely with cross-functional leadership and site teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service outcomes.
- Drive training initiatives, regional workshops, and continuous improvement programs across sites.
