Job Description: Technical Operations Executive

• Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal product/tech teams.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day coordination with clients, ensuring successful adoption of product features.
• Client Management – Understanding the requirement and closing on the delivery within the TAT.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
• Assist in setting up client accounts, integrations, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Project management experience
• Organize reports from tools like Jira or backend dashboards.
• Perform UAT/ Smoke Testing for live flows (leads, referral journeys, deal redemptions
• Ensure SLA adherence and track escalations through resolution.

Competencies:

• Strong communication skills, client-facing experience preferred.
• Technical inclination and understanding of basic app workflows and APIs
• Hands-on with JIRA, Excel
• Experience in project management methodologies
• Ability to coordinate across tech and product teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Observation on the Application Performance
• Proactive problem solver.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors/ Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science

Experience: 1-3 years of experience
