Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in supporting Salesforce production environment.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting Salesforce production support issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Salesforce, Risk Management Compliance, System Integration, Operations Management.
- Experience working with web technologies, API design and development, back-end systems, and coding in Java or Python.
- Experience in supporting other third-party applications e.g., Salesforce, Intellum, Contentstack, Verint.
- Experience in designing, implementing and testing applications, integrations and systems.

Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise platforms, both first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) through participation in Oncall, issues troubleshooting, root cause analysis and testing.
- Drive security governance programs for applications used within the organization aligning with business objectives focusing on minimizing the risk exposure through identifying and remediating security related issues as well as maintaining the security compliance.
- Ensure the success and quality of operational processes by working with cross-functional organizational units, this includes but not limited to incident management, problem management, capacity management, availability management, change management and new product introduction.
- Manage various programs involving analysis and availability or efficiency improvements. Develop and prepare project documentation, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
