About the Job:

Be part of the team delivering and supporting IS Services.

Take endtoend responsibility for applications from AMS support perspectives.

Significantly contribute to current and future services delivered to the business.

Work in a complex environment of advanced corporate systems, cooperating with country stake holders

You will be mainly accountable for:

Endtoend responsibility for maintenance of SAP Production landscapes.

Collaboration with development teams (internal and external) and other organizational teams to manage integrated, businessprocessoriented SLAs.

Accountability for resolution of How-to, Service requests, Incidents and Standard changes.

Triggering and driving service quality improvement initiatives.

Building and maintaining vendor relationships.

Qualifications for the Role:

Good to have SAP background

Minimum 3 years of experience managing global applications.

Proven experience with IT service management concepts (ITSM & ITIL).

Strong organization, self-discipline, time management, and decisiveness.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken (essential).

Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of business processes and technologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with strong capability in data analysis, reporting, and creating executive-level presentations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Agile / Scrum knowledge and working experience (a plus).
