Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Coordination:
    Manage procurement of services and materials, including liaising with external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintenance Records & Inventory:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and parts inventory.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and guide technicians in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and services.
  • Project & Repair Work:
    Execute ad-hoc projects, assignments, and repair works as directed by management.
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
    Plan, schedule, and carry out monthly preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance in line with contractual obligations.
  • Client & Internal Engagement:
    Attend client meetings and internal briefings. Provide timely updates on work progress, technical challenges, and improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, service reports, and inspection checklists in accordance with ENGIE and client quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and continuous improvement.
  • Other Duties:
    Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering and relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management industry
  • Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
  • Hardworking and able to multi-task
  • Have good documentation practice
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
