Technical Officer-Industrial safety & fire

Job Title: - Applications are invited for the post of Technical Officer-Industrial safety & fire (01 post) at Sugar Engineering and Renewable Energy Department. Application should be submitted by email or by Post or by Hand to VSI with CV/Resume on or before 25/10/2026.

Duties and Responsibilities: - The duties shall include the ability to guide senior-level personnel in the sugar industry, demonstrating excellent communication skills and outstanding knowledge in the following areas:  Assist to handle the ADIS course requirement as per MSBTE.  Conduct safety audits and audit reports on industrial fire and safety as per planning in various member Prepare and non-member process industries.  Teach and train to ADIS course students as per the MSBTE syllabus and conducting the practical's.  Possess knowledge in preparation of project reports, conduct the seminars, practical training's etc.  Assist to organizing, develop programs, workshops and seminars for member and non-member process industries.  Support curriculum development aligned with industry needs and skill requirements related to the sugar industries.  Assist to co-ordinate with process industries and training organizations.  Participate in technical inspections, audits and performances assessments based on the mandatory and non-mandatory safety requirements at various process industries as directed by HOD.  Assist to provide inputs based on the audit and inspection outputs to the member and non-member process industries for compliance of observations

Candidate Profile: -Qualifications and Requirements

 Graduate or Postgraduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering OR Graduate or Post Graduate in Chemistry or Environment Science +ADIS course of recognized University / Institution in India.  The candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft.

Experience: - Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in industrial safety field in manufacturing /process industries, out of 5 years experience in reputed Industries/Institute, the candidate must be working at officer level.

Terms & Conditions: - Age Limit not more than 45 years. This post is purely on temporary contractual basis for a period of 11 months.
