Technical Mentor/Trainer

Job Title: Contract Mentor / Technical Trainer (3 Months On-Site)

Location: College Campuses (On-site visits required)

Duration: 3 Months (Contract)

Salary: 20,000 per month + Performance Incentive *

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate Technical Mentors to train and guide B.Tech students through a project-based internship program. Mentors will deliver focused training and lead students in real-world project development.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide technical training (minimum 3 hours/day)

-Guide students in project development

-Conduct hands-on sessions & mentor reviews

-Help students build real-world applications

-Track progress and provide feedback

-Visit college campuses as per the schedule

Domains Required

*Mentors can be from any one domain, but must have strong expertise in it:

*AI / Machine Learning

*Data Science

*MERN Stack / Full Stack

*IoT

*AWS / Cloud Computing

*Cybersecurity

*Any other relevant emerging tech

Requirements

-Strong expertise in at least one technical domain

-Experience in training/mentoring/development

-Good communication & leadership skills

-Comfortable with on-site college visits

-Passion for teaching and guiding students
