Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager - Valuation, located in Mumbai. The role involves leading technical evaluations, managing projects, and providing technical support for valuation assignments. Responsibilities also include conducting research and development in relevant areas and overseeing team activities to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Technical Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of quality and precision in the company's valuation and appraisal services.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and generating accurate valuations
- Proven expertise in Team Management and the ability to lead and mentor team members
- Experience in Technical Support and problem-solving for valuation-related challenges
- Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) for continuous improvement and innovative practices
- Proficiency in Project Management to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- An educational background in engineering, finance, or related disciplines is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in valuation methodologies or appraisal standards is an advantage
