Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Manager who can bridge business requirements and technical execution across our Salesforce and AI/ML teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding along with the ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and guide engineering teams toward effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Salesforce and AI/ML technical teams to drive technology initiatives.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and leadership teams.
• Evaluate technical approaches and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Identify technical gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery of technical initiatives.
• Act as the key bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, technical consulting, or technical management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and/or AI/ML technologies.
• Ability to convert business problems and requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
