Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Technical Manager specializing in Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction). The individual will manage end-to-end project execution, oversee technical designs and implementations, provide technical support, and lead research and development activities. The role also involves managing and mentoring a team, working collaboratively across departments, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for designing & developing solar systems and identifying solutions.
- Experience in team management and engineering services.
- Expertise in technical support and hands-on problem-solving within the solar industry.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of solar technology and energy systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in solar EPC projects is highly preferred
