ServiceChannel Managers are the drivers of technology and team excellence, turning ideas into impactful solutions. They are responsible for leading the design and implementation of our solutions, ensuring the application of proven software architecture and engineering best practices. Prospective candidates must have extensive experience in developing software as a service (SaaS) using .Net and React, and experience guiding teams in these technologies. They must understand information systems, secure development lifecycles, and be able to define and enforce engineering standards across projects.
Collaborating with global teams, you will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and leverage opportunities to work on international projects, enhancing your skills and expertise. Key Responsibilities
Own commitments and delivery outcomes for the team, ensuring predictable and highquality execution.
Translate product and business goals into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, quality, reliability) and take corrective action when needed.
Act as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for product, business, and leadership stakeholders.
Partner closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps, scope initiatives, and manage expectations.
Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, product owners, project managers, DevOps, and QA professionals; facilitate technical discussions and alignment.
Continuously improve engineering processes to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
Drive adoption of best practices around incident management, postmortems, and rootcause analysis.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct regular 1on1 meetings with team members to provide feedback, align on goals, address challenges, and support career development.
Own performance management, including goal setting, midcycle checkins, and annual reviews.
Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet roadmap commitments while avoiding burnout.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using .Net and React.js.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Required Technical Skills
Proven experience in developing robust APIs using Microsoft .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
Strong expertise in Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access and manipulation.
Proficiency in front-end development, preferably using React.js, with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong grasp of modern software design principles, coding best practices, and scalable architecture patterns.
Proficient in unit testing and a sound understanding of test automation frameworks and principles.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS), including deployment and monitoring.
Experience with MongoDB.
Familiarity with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash) for logging and analytics.
Experience working with Azure services such as Functions, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and App Services.
Exposure to microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment.
Experience with continuous integration tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
