Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Previous experience (3+ years) in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with a strong background in engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile software development practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Extensive experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
