Experience in Architectue and deisgn ,team handling
- Proven experience (8+ years) in Python development, with a strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing high-level software architecture.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team, including experience in hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with other technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring) is a plus.
