Technical Manager (Property Valuation)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Manager (Property Valuation) located in Panipat. The Technical Manager will oversee property valuation projects, provide technical support, manage teams, and lead research and development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting property assessments, preparing valuation reports, strategizing project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess property valuation data and market trends
• Proven experience in Team Management and overseeing collaborative workflows
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving complex technical challenges related to property valuation
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve valuation methods and techniques
• Proven Project Management skills to ensure timely project delivery and effective stakeholder communication
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with property valuation regulations and local market dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
