Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology projects and drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale application development, cloud transformation, and agile delivery programs.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with organizational goals.
Candidate may be working on IST or US timezone based on the projects and weekend support required for critical planned releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise applications, digital transformation, cloud migration, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define technical solutions and delivery roadmaps.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, backlog tracking, release management, and delivery governance.
- Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, burndown metrics, and status reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security compliance, and best engineering practices.
- Coordinate with product owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore/onshore teams for seamless execution.
- Identify project risks/issues proactively and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
- Support pre-sales, estimation, resource planning, and strategic program initiatives when required.
- Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12–16 years of IT industry experience with strong project/program management background.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise application development projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong technical exposure to Java, .NET, microservices, APIs, web applications, and distributed systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and delivery governance.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/programs in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise modernization programs is an added advantage.
- Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering domains preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
