Technical Manager

Conduct property valuation and project appraisal for residential, commercial, and industrial assets.
Perform site inspections and assess property conditions, construction quality, and project feasibility.
Prepare detailed valuation reports, technical assessment reports, and project appraisal documents.
Monitor construction progress and verify stage-wise completion for funding and disbursement purposes.
Carry out technical due diligence and evaluate project risks.
Review building plans, approvals, permits, and statutory compliance documents.
Verify project costs, budget estimates, and construction timelines.
Coordinate with developers, customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders for project-related evaluations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Support property-related approvals, loan assessments, and funding decisions through accurate technical evaluations.
Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections, valuations, and project reviews.
Provide recommendations on property valuation, project viability, and risk mitigation.
