10–15 years of experience with a strong combination of:

Technical Leadership + Full Stack Development + Node.js + Databricks + Hands-on Coding

The candidate should not be purely a people manager. Strong recent hands-on coding experience in Node.js and Databricks/PySpark is essential.

Full Stack Development

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on development.
• Strong experience in Full Stack application development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React.js or Angular.

Backend – Node.js

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, authentication, and API security.
• Experience with Express.js/NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Strong coding and debugging skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.

Databricks / Data Engineering

• Strong hands-on coding experience with Databricks.
• Experience with PySpark/Python and SQL.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows.
• Good understanding of Delta Lake, Spark, Databricks Workflows/Jobs.
• Experience working with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling and performance optimization.
