Job Summary
We are looking for a strong and experienced Technical Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, strong technical expertise in .NET Core, and the ability to manage both team responsibilities and individual technical contributions. The candidate must be capable of handling technical roadblocks, managing work pressure, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development team efficiently.
- Set clear goals and objectives for team members and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks effectively.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads to assign and monitor tasks.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle work pressure and maintain team productivity.
- Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams for deployment management.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Contribute as an individual technical contributor when required.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server
- Good expertise in Azure DevOps or equivalent DevOps tools
- Strong understanding of deployment processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in resolving complex technical challenges
Good to Have (Added Advantage)
- Experience in Angular
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Experience in Microservices Architecture
- Exposure to CI/CD pipeline implementation
