Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Manager Land & Building to lead and oversee the finalisation of valuation reports. The ideal candidate will ensure technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of high-quality reports related to land and building assets. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in civil engineering and a thorough understanding of valuation processes for land and building assets.

Key Responsibilities

Review and finalise valuation reports for land and building assets

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and internal standards

Coordinate with valuation teams, surveyors, and field staff for data accuracy

Provide technical inputs and quality checks on site assessments and documentation

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for clarifications and approvals

Maintain records of finalized reports and track timelines for delivery

Assist in training and mentoring junior technical staff

Stay updated with industry trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory changes

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering .

35 years of experience in property valuation, technical review, or related domain

Strong understanding of valuation principles, building codes, and land regulations

Proficiency in MS Office, and valuation software/tools

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to manage multiple reports and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Attributes

Registered Valuer (IBBI) or equivalent certification

Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential asset valuation

Leadership qualities and team coordination skills
