JOB DESCRIPTION- Tech Manager
Experience- 10 to 12 yrs
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Guide team to build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Analyze, Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Create security and data protection plan and guide team to execute them
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead/ Manager with hands on experience
- Good experience in Azure / AWS
- More than 3 years of experience in Kubernetes
- More than 4 years working Experience of back-end languages like Nodejs and Go.
- Atleast one year experience in Go.
- More than 4 years of experience in React JS.
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML/ CSS, JavaScript)
- Hands on with databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres) and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Organizational skills
- An analytical mind
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
