in the Department of CDOE at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida.

Position: Technical Manager,

1. Minimum Qualification:

BTech (CSE/IT)

OR

MCA with minimum 5 years of experience of handling ERP, CMS, Digital marketing and lead management system, preferably in any leading edtech company

2. Desirable Skills / Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

JD: Handle lead management platforms (e.g., Meriitto or similar) including lead allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and conversion reporting, Coordinate and integrate channel partner platforms for lead sourcing and admissions reporting, Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as CPL, CPM, lead-to-enrollment ratios, and campaign effectiveness, Support performance management dashboards for marketing, admissions, and academic teams, user Ticketing system & student support system for Edtech platform, Ensure smooth data flow between ERP, CRM, LMS, and marketing tools.
