Mandatory skills:

• Strong background in Java, Angular, and SQL
• 10+ years of total software industry experience, with at least 2+years dedicated to leadership or management roles.
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ developers and QA engineers.
• Must have a track record of creating and sustaining high-performing engineering teams.
