Job Description

Designation-Technical Manager

To verify and evaluate the property to be funded and the property/assets to be mortgaged ensure that the quality of the loan is good.

Job Requirements

Qualification : B.Tech Civil(Must)

Experience 4 to 5 years in Home Loans

Location Cochin

Duties & Responsibilities

For Portfolio Health:

  • Ensure authenticity of all the details in the report
  • Monitoring disbursed files/ stages of construction and handing the post disbursement cheques to the customer

For Process Improvement and Adherence

  • Attend office briefing meeting each morning to take Team Leaders & Credit Officers inputs regarding Logins and Legal search visits to be Completed for the Day.
  • Contact the customer in advance and schedule the visit
  • Personally visit each property / site for home loans and technically verify the property being financed or asset which is to be mortgaged by taking the details of the location of the property, address as per title documents and accurate measurements of the boundary of the property.
  • Ensure that the property is free from encroachments
  • Travelling long distances to check each property prior to disbursement and before each part disbursement within TAT
  • Do the valuation of the property being financed or mortgaged
  • Take photographs of the property being financed or mortgaged
  • Prepare the Technical Scrutiny Report in the prescribed format.
  • To submit the technical scrutiny report with all the details immediately on receiving the files and send the same to the credit officer.
  • Forward the case to the Team Leader in case of any deviations, approvals, etc.
  • Check for PDC before Processing Part Cases with the Credit officer.
  • Generate TB(Trail Balance ) Pertaining to the Branch and prepare the Part Pending Cases for the Month within TAT
  • Provide support for Documentation, Field Investigation, Legal Appraisal, Business and Collections
  • Submit daily MIS to the team leader / credit head.
  • Attend weekly performance review meetings with the Team Leader
