Technical Manager

Igniting Minds Aerospace Private Limited is an AS9100 Rev D Certified Company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality aerospace components, tooling, ground support, and handling equipment. Leveraging advanced technology and a skilled team, the company ensures the precise production and timely delivery of products across multiple markets, including India, Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Singapore, and Australia. With expertise in aero engine tooling for major OEMs like CFM, RR, GE, Safran, and P&W, the company also caters to aircraft tooling requirements for Airbus, Boeing, and Dassault. The company has extensive capabilities in machining precision components made of diverse materials such as aluminum, inconel, titanium, and steel, ranging from sizes of 2mm to 1200mm.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager based in Bengaluru. The Technical Manager will oversee technical operations, manage teams for manufacturing aerospace components and tooling, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role involves project management, resource planning, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams and clients to meet production deadlines and specifications. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, strategize process improvements, and ensure technical solutions align with organizational goals.

• Proficiency in manufacturing processes, aero engine, and aircraft tooling production, including the use of advanced materials like aluminum, inconel, titanium, and steel.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 Rev D standards, quality assurance, and compliance within aerospace manufacturing.
• Proven project management experience in technical environments, including resource planning and team management.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills with a focus on process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with precision machining tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in aerospace or project management are a plus.
