Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

  • Ensure seamless performance of software in high-stakes, real-time environments.

Team Management:

  • Mentor and lead a team of software engineers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Platform Optimization:

  • Drive architectural direction focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Design software components to handle high transaction volumes, complex workflows, and real-time processing.

Project Management:

  • Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog, and resource allocation.

Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with AI, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices.
