Job Description for Business Central Technical Manager for Thailand

Overall

The Technical Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to

lead our ERP development and integration initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical

leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring our Business Central solutions and add-ons

supports scalable, secure, and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Business Central solutions across

the organization projects.

Define and enforce development standards, code quality, and best practices for AL,

integrations, and DevOps.

Mentor and manage a team of developers and technical consultants.

ERP Strategy & Governance

Collaborate with Project Manager, Functional Consultant, Product Specialist to align ERP

capabilities with organizational goals.

Own the technical roadmap for Business Central, including upgrades, extensions, and

integrations.

Evaluate emerging technologies and Microsoft updates to ensure future-proofing of the

DSVC Add-ons and solutions delivered to customers.

Project & Delivery Management

Oversee technical delivery of ERP projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality

benchmarks are met.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Specialist, Developers, Functional

consultant, external partners and customers.

Manage risk, change control, and technical documentation throughout the project

lifecycle.

Integration & Infrastructure

Design and manage integrations solutions.

Ensure high performance, and security of Business Central solutions developed for DSVC

Add-ons and customer(s) project including but not limited to Extensions.

Collaborate with internal and customer(s) infrastructure and security teams to maintain

compliance and resilience.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, including at

least 2 years in a leadership role.

Expert-level proficiency in Dynamics NAV development.

Expert-level proficiency in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and extension development.

Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data modeling, and business process

automation.

Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and integration frameworks.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex ERP projects.

Proficiency with DevOps practices and version control (e.g., Git).
