Role Summary
We are seeking a
Technical Manager – Engineering to lead high-performing teams, ensuring
predictable delivery, people development, and engineering excellence. The role combines
people management, delivery leadership, and technical oversight in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management
- Build and manage high-performing engineering teams
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Support career growth and skill development
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Delivery Management
- Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery predictability
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads on priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure backlog readiness (DoR/DoD) and smooth agile execution
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery
- Engineering & Technical Leadership
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality, and security
- Support teams in solving complex technical challenges
- Promote standardization, tools, and scalable practices
- Partner with Tech Leads for architecture and development guidance

- Engineering Leadership (Deal Breaker)
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Strong experience in Project / Delivery Management (Agile / Scrum)
- Experience in Java /J2EE Tech Stack Projects
- Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven people management & team handling experience
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience in SaaS / Product / Technology-driven environments
- Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
