- Strategic planning and being able to align support function with business direction.
- Experience of having managed AS400 support teams.
- For Other: Windows, .Net , API, Java applications support management.
- Strong management experience including managing and developing direct reports.
- Experience of having led support teams, L1, L2 and L3.
- Strong communication skills.
- Insurance domain experience.
