Preferred Qualifications
- 16+ years of IT experience with strong Java Full Stack expertise.
- Proven experience as a Technical Manager, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js/Angular, and Cloud platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
