About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially aware professional to lead technical liaisoning and approvals with major consultants, EPC companies, and iron & steel plants across India for our range of polymer liners used in bulk material handling applications.

The role involves close coordination with consultants such as MECON Limited and other engineering consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, and end-user steel plants to secure product approvals, vendor registrations, and specification inclusions.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone with strong relationships in the steel, mining, cement, or material handling industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaison with engineering consultants, EPC companies, and steel plants for:

  * Product approvals

  * Vendor registrations

  * Technical acceptance

  * Inclusion in approved vendor lists/specifications

* Work closely with consultants such as:

  * MECON Limited

  * Engineering consultants for iron & steel, mining, ports, power, and bulk material handling sectors

* Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams of:

  * Integrated steel plants

  * Pellet plants

  * Sinter plants

  * Material handling systems

  * Coal and ore handling plants

* Present technical solutions for:

  * UHMWPE liners

  * Polymer wear liners

  * Chute lining systems

  * Hopper liners

  * Conveyor and transfer point wear solutions

* Understand tender specifications and ensure product compliance.

* Arrange technical presentations and maintain long-term consultant relationships.

* Support business development and project follow-ups with EPCs and plant operators.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Polymer, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

* 5–15 years experience in:

  * Iron & steel plant projects

  * EPC/consultant coordination

  * Bulk material handling systems

  * Industrial products/technical sales

* Strong network with:

  * Steel plant consultants

  * EPC contractors

  * Material handling companies

  * Iron & steel industry decision makers

* Experience in approvals/vendor development preferred.

* Good understanding of:

  * Chutes

  * Hoppers

  * Conveyors

  * Transfer systems

  * Wear-resistant materials

* Candidate should be willing to travel for client meetings and plant visits.
