Technical Leadership || Service Oriented Architecture

As a VP Engg at IndiaMART., you will be responsible for documenting the architectural blueprint and end-to-end design through flowcharts and diagram, scaling and managing large amounts of data etc.

-B.Tech/B.E in Computers , -B.Tech/B.E in IT

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the go to technical expert for the Engineering team.
• Evaluate recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest product quality standards.
• Work with various stakeholders to identify the scope of the projects, and come up with the approach and design for the project
• Document the architectural blueprint and end-to-end design through flowcharts and diagrams.
• Oversee and work closely with the development teams by constantly reviewing the code and maintaining the quality of the design.
• Coach and mentor the development teams to improve the overall expertise and skills of the team.
• Troubleshoot any errors or issues that arise in the application/infrastructure components quickly and efficiently.
• Continuously evaluate the existing software to identify areas of improvement and ensure architectural integrity as additional features are added.

Candidate Attributes:

Skillsets :-

• Expertise in server side programming languages like Golang, PHP, Python, etc
• Experience in SQL & NoSQL databases like Postgres, Cassandra, Graphdb, etc.
• Hands on experience on queuing mechanism (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc)
• Knowledge of monitoring framework (APM or ELK)
• Good knowledge of AWS/GCP Cloud platforms and technologies
• Experience in micro services ecosystem
• Exposure to distributed systems architecture, scaling and managing large amounts of data

Good to Have: 

• Exposure to problem solving using Machine Learning & AI
• Experience in B2B/ B2C or C2C is preferred
• DevOps/SRE best practices, CI/CD
• Experience of git/gitlab
