Technical Leader - Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
• Understand both explicit and implicit customer and end-user requirements.
• Develop and own the architecture and high-level design of projects, ensuring quality technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and senior developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture and standards.
• Oversee developers to ensure code implementation adheres to design, standards, and requirements.
• Assist in developing project plans and support project execution, including estimation, dependency identification, and reviews.
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
• Support software deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for defects/issues.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge base to promote reusability and reduce operational costs.
• Guide, mentor, and review work of analysts, designers, and development teams.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and participate in learning initiatives.
• Explore new technology trends and apply them appropriately to deliver value to the team, customer, and organization.
