Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
- Understand customer and end-user requirements (both explicit and implicit).
- Support functional requirements gathering and ensure all non-functional requirements are captured.
- Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and quality standards.
Architecture & Design
- Understand project requirements in line with overall scope.
- Develop architecture and high-level design and own the quality of technical deliverables.
- Work with Analyst Designers and Senior Developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture and standards.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation aligns with design and requirements.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Assist Product Owner / Architect in developing detailed project plans.
- Support Project Lead in execution including estimation, dependency identification, and reviews.
- Ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
- Conduct peer reviews and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Support software deployment and post go-live activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for defects/issues.
Quality & Knowledge Management
- Contribute to organizational knowledge base to improve reusability and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure quality of deliverables as per defined processes, minimizing rework.
- Promote reusable code and components.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor Analyst Designers and development team members.
- Conduct reviews and resolve issues related to deliverables.
- Assist Project Owner in resource planning based on skills and project needs.
- Encourage team collaboration and support learning initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Explore new technology trends and apply them to deliver value to the team and organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and domain-specific solutions.
