• Design and develop platform automation solutions for development and production environments

• Build reusable, self-service platform components as products

• Automate provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management of platform services

• Enable developer autonomy through standardized platform capabilities

CI/CD & DevSecOps Leadership

• Lead development and adoption of CI/CD pipelines and pipeline templates

• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to improve build and deployment processes

• Drive DevSecOps practices ensuring security integration across SDLC

• Implement continuous delivery practices for faster and reliable releases

Developer Experience & Platform Strategy

• Define and implement strategy to improve developer experience across teams

• Build infrastructure services enabling developers to work efficiently from anywhere

• Create a shared library of reusable platform components

• Establish metrics to measure developer productivity and satisfaction

Architecture & System Design

• Lead architecture design for platform components and automation frameworks

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of platform systems

• Apply systems thinking to integrate multiple technology layers

• Support modern software architecture practices across teams

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with development, security, and infrastructure teams globally

• Align cross-functional teams to common platform solutions

• Drive adoption of shared services and best practices

• Influence technical decisions across engineering teams
