Role Description

FusionHawk is seeking a Tech Lead specializing in Zoho solutions for a full-time remote role. The Tech Lead will oversee end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho applications to meet client requirements. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful deployment of scalable and efficient Zoho solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting, optimizing existing deployments, and conducting training sessions for clients on best practices for utilizing the Zoho suite.

We are looking for candidates who can join on an immediate basis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Zoho applications, including CRM, Creator, Deluge Scripting, Coding and other Zoho platforms
• Strong skills in business analysis, project management, and client communication
• Experience with custom development, API integrations, and third-party tool connectivity
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Deluge, JavaScript, and web technologies
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and optimizing Zoho workflows
• Ability to guide and mentor a team with a focus on delivering high-quality services
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
