Position : Tech Lead (Web Developer)

Qualification : B.E/ BTech/ ME/ MTech (Computer/ IT/ Mech/ Civil)

Master in Computer Application

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into comprehensive Functional and Software Requirement Specifications (FRS/SRS).
• Lead Business Requirement Analysis, project scoping, application architecture definition, development oversight, debugging, and testing across all phases of the client/server application lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate industry best practices, technical concepts, and product knowledge to customers through high-quality documentation, presentations, and discussions.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing end-to-end system architectures (microservices or monolithic) and defining relational/non-relational database schemas for at least two full-cycle enterprise projects.
• Continuously monitor and optimize website/application performance, identify usability issues, analyze traffic anomalies, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and scalability.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 7+ years of total Experience.
• Development: Angular 16+, .Net 8, html, CSS, JavaScript
• Databases: PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle
• Framework: Ocelot, Envoy (If have knowledge in this then good)
• Repositories: GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket
• Other: Dockers, Kubernetes (If have knowledge in this then good)
• Documentation: Confluence
• Task/Defect Tracking: Jira, Shortcut
