Job Description

Role: Technical Lead (Product Development)

Technical Lead will be part of our in-house engineering team, leading the product road map till implementation phase which will be used by our clients across the world and will be involved in guiding the team, review code, contribute to the technical enrichment of the product.

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Experience: 7-12 years of technical experience & should have worked in Product development (Tech)

Qualifications: Any graduate (Engineering will be preferred)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The lead will be accountable for product engineering goals and metrics.
• Convert Requirements to technical specs for product development.
• Initiate and submit approval for new product development projects.
• Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategies.
• Contribute to writing code when required.
• Create a backlog, write user stories, and manage releases.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps within assigned product areas.
• Translate analytics, data and user feedback into actionable product plans and product enrichment.
• Design and implement solutions to key problems to achieve the vision.
• Review & monitor code written by developers. Oversee and develop team members and work closely within product team.
• Support the product road map to meet business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

• Should be hands on in Angular, .Net Core, Web API development, SQL Server Database.
• Strong experience in MVC, Entity Framework is an advantage.
• Experience working on DB MS SQL Database & Angular 12 upwards is required.
• Experience working on RESTAPI, Webservices Exposure working on Cloud technologies like Azure & Microservices architecture will be an advantage.
• Should have experience handling teams.
• Should have good communication skills
